Join Olia Fertility – A New Approach to Fertility Care

Olia Fertility is an exciting new Australian telehealth service, launching in early 2027, dedicated to making fertility care more accessible, personalised and supportive. We're building a multidisciplinary team of passionate healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive fertility care, from preconception planning and ovulation induction through to ongoing fertility support and referral to assisted reproductive services when required. We're now seeking an experienced Fertility Nurse to join our founding clinical team and play an integral role in supporting patients throughout their fertility journey.

? About the RoleWorking collaboratively with our fertility-focused GP, dietitian and psychologist, you'll provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care and patient education within a supportive telehealth workplace.

Key responsibilities may include

- Providing fertility education, guidance and ongoing patient support.
- Coordinating fertility investigations and cycle monitoring.
- Supporting patients undergoing ovulation induction under the direction of the treating medical practitioner.
- Liaising with pathology providers, ultrasound clinics and fertility specialists.
- Assisting with patient care coordination, follow-up and referrals.
- Contributing to the development of clinical pathways and patient-centred fertility services.

? About YouWe're looking for a Registered Nurse who:
- Holds current AHPRA registration.




- Has experience in fertility and/or reproductive health. Experience in fertility cycle monitoring, ovulation induction and telehealth would be highly regarded.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and patient education skills.
- Is confident working independently within a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
- Is passionate about improving access to fertility care across Australia.

Remuneration & Working ArrangementsOlia Fertility will initially operate on a per-client consultation remuneration model, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work alongside existing professional commitments. As the service grows and patient demand increases, there will be opportunities to transition into a permanent position, with the potential for an expanded clinical role. We're particularly interested in connecting with clinicians who are excited about joining a new healthcare venture from its inception and growing alongside the business.
