Working closely with our Finance, Logistics and Product teams, you’ll be the main point of contact for our vendors and help build strong supplier relationships.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Process supplier invoices across Freight, Production and Operations, making sure they’re accurate, approved and correctly recorded
- Prepare the weekly payment proposal and process approved payments
- Reconcile payments made and received against our bank accounts each week, resolving any differences
- Act as the main contact for vendors, including payment queries, statement reconciliations, remittances and new vendor set-up
- Work with Logistics and Product to resolve invoice and payment queries
- Complete month-end balance sheet reconciliations, including bank accounts, company cards, deposits, AP ageing and freight reports
- Prepare ad hoc reports and support the wider Finance team as needed
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING
- Minimum 2 years of accounts payable or finance officer experience
- Strong attention to detail, with accuracy in every invoice, payment and reconciliation
- Highly organised and reliable, with a track record of meeting weekly and month-end deadlines
- A confident, proactive communicator who raises issues early and stays professional

- The ability to stay calm and accurate when juggling tight deadlines and high invoice volumes
- Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software
