Talbot Automatic Doors & Gates installs, services and repairs automatic doors and gates for commercial buildings, strata, retail, healthcare and industrial sites. Our franchise network of local owner-operators has grown across Sydney on one idea: answer the phone, turn up when you said you would, and look after the same buildings for years.

We’re now expanding into Queensland, starting with Brisbane. Every franchisee runs their own business with the Talbot brand, product range, systems and training behind them, plus a support team who know the trade.

Role Description

We’re looking for our first mobile franchisees in Brisbane. You’ll run your own service van, working from your local territory to install, service and repair automatic doors and gates for commercial customers and building managers.

Please note: this is a franchise ownership chance, not a salaried position. It requires an investment, and full details are provided during the process.

What you’ll do

- Install, service and repair automatic sliding and swing doors, gates and access systems
- Build long-term service relationships with building managers, strata managers and facility managers
- Manage your own schedule,



quoting and jobs using the Talbot systems
- Grow at your own pace, working solo or building a team of technicians

Who we’re looking for

- Door and gate technicians ready to run their own business
- Electricians, glaziers, gate fabricators or access control installers who already work on commercial sites
- Owner-managers with trade or service business experience who want to build a team
- Reliable people who take pride in customer service and want steady, repeat work

What you’ll need

- A trade background or strong service business experience
- A current driver’s licence
