Company Description Flowerdale Estate is a historic, family-owned luxury boutique venue founded in 1893 and known for its character and rustic charm. Located in central Victoria between the Yarra Valley and Macedon Ranges, it is just over an hour from Melbourne and about 40 minutes from the Yarra Valley. The Estate offers a versatile country setting for garden weddings, conferences, retreats and weekend dining.

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Front of House Manager to join the team at Flowerdale Estate.

This is a fantastic role for a hospitality skilled who loves variety. One day you might be running our restaurant, the next leading the team through a beautiful wedding or delivering a high-end corporate event.

The role includes

✨ Leading our Front of House team

✨ Staff rostering & wage control

✨ Recruitment, training & development

✨ Beverage, consumable & operational ordering

✨ Restaurant service management

✨ Leading weddings, conferences & private events





✨ Maintaining exceptional service standards

✨ Working closely with our kitchen, events and management teams

We’re looking for someone who is confident, organised, professional and genuinely loves hospitality. Most importantly, we want a manager who enjoys being on the floor, developing their team and creating memorable guest experiences.

This is a full-time position, and as weekends are when Flowerdale Estate comes alive, weekend availability is essential when the Estate is operating. Days off will be rostered during the week.
