The team focuses on laser and natural hair regrowth treatments for various forms of alopecia, male pattern baldness, and female pattern thinning. In addition, the clinic offers customized compounded medicated lotions, capsules, creams, and gels tailored to individual hair loss needs.

Role Description The FUE Hair Transplant Technician will perform follicular unit extraction procedures and support the delivery of high-quality hair restoration services in an on-site role located in Perth, WA. This contract position involves preparing patients and treatment areas, assisting with donor area harvesting, carefully extracting and handling follicular units, and placing grafts according to medical guidelines and aesthetic plans. The technician will maintain sterile technique, operate and care for specialized equipment, and adhere to clinic protocols and safety standards.

Daily responsibilities also include documenting procedure details,



collaborating closely with the clinical team, and providing clear pre- and post-procedure guidance to patients. The role requires consistent attention to detail, manual dexterity, and a strong commitment to patient comfort and professional ethics.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess practical experience in FUE hair transplant procedures, including follicular unit extraction, graft handling, and accurate implantation.
- Candidates should possess skills in sterile technique, infection control, and adherence to clinical safety and quality assurance protocols.
- Candidates should possess strong manual dexterity, fine motor skills, and visual attention to detail for delicate, repetitive technical tasks.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with medical professionals and support a positive patient experience.
- Candidates should possess basic computer and documentation skills for accurate recording of treatment details and use of clinic systems.
- Formal training or certification in hair transplantation, nursing, dermal therapy, or another relevant clinical field is highly beneficial.
- Prior experience in hair restoration, dermatology, cosmetic medicine, or related areas is an advantage.
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods, follow detailed instructions, and maintain professionalism in a patient-focused environment.
