ISS Facility Services Australia and New Zealand is seeking an Assistant Case Manager to join the Injury Assist Team in Sydney. The ACM will support front-line case managers and injured placemakers with workers compensation claims, handling administration and customer service tasks.

Responsibilities include registering recent claims, managing email workflows, daily task management, coordinating with providers for appointments, and ensuring data accuracy in our systems.
