AbilitiesNQ is seeking an experienced Compliance & Work Health and Safety (WHS) Manager to oversee and strengthen our compliance and workplace safety functions across our Child Safety and NDIS services. This role supports secure, compliant and high-quality service delivery across a growing organisation.
You will work with operational leaders and the Executive Team to provide organisation-wide oversight of regulatory requirements, WHS systems, audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
