Service Stream is seeking a Desktop Quality Coordinator to join our Quality team in Melbourne. This role focuses on supporting quality processes, reviewing completed work, and performing data-driven audits to drive continuous improvement in telecommunications projects.

The successful candidate will learn quality and compliance workflows, work with Excel-based analyses, and contribute to reporting and documentation across our national operations.
