Job Description
Supply and Distribution Manager Viya Imports Pty Ltd is a grocery importer and distributor operating across QLD, NSW, VIC, SA and WA. We seek an experienced Supply and Distribution Manager to oversee purchasing, inventory, warehousing and national distribution. Location: Wetherill Park NSW 2164 Employment: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $85,000 to $110,000 per annum plus superannuation Responsibilities

- Develop and manage supply, storage and distribution plans and strategies.
- Forecast demand, manage stock levels and coordinate interstate replenishment.
- Maintain required grocery stock levels while minimising costs.
- Negotiate supplier agreements covering quality, pricing and delivery.
- Review inventory and storage systems to meet supply needs and control stock.




- Track incoming and outgoing goods to ensure timely replenishment.
- Coordinate dispatch and freight with internal teams and customers across QLD, NSW, VIC, SA and WA.
- Oversee imports, warehousing and timely customer deliveries.
- Oversee accurate purchasing, warehousing and distribution records.
- Supervise staff and monitor performance.

Requirements

- A bachelor level qualification or substantial relevant experience.
- At least 1 year of relevant full-time experience.

Equivalent part time experience will be considered.

- Experience in grocery or food importing and distribution.
- Strong leadership, negotiation and inventory management skills.
