Chouquette Recent Farm is seeking passionate Pastry Chefs to join our team in Brisbane. The role covers Viennoiserie production with a focus on croissants, cakes, and breads. Immediate start, day shift 6am-2pm, with salary dependent on experience.
Ideal candidates will have pastry laminations experience, trade qualifications, and a genuine passion for producing high-quality patisserie. Weekend availability is preferred to meet customer demand and seasonal peaks.
