Join a leading ecological restoration team improving Victoria's natural environments.

ID Ecological Management is seeking motivated Bush Crew Members to help restore and protect significant conservation areas across the Bass Coast, Latrobe Valley and Gippsland areas.

You’ll work outdoors, make a tangible environmental impact, and develop your skills and further your training within an experienced, supportive team.

Flexible options - choose between full-time and part-time or casual (3 X days per week minimum required).

Preferred Skills and Experience

- Proven ability and/or strong interest in weed control, revegetation, and bushland restoration.
- Knowledge of local native and weed species.
- Safe and productive use of brushcutters, herbicide application equipment, and hand tools.
- Clear communication with team members, clients, and the public.
- Understanding of Occupational Health & Safety and environmental best practice.
- Experience in Conservation and Land Management (Certificate II-IV or equivalent).
- Driver’s licence is essential as you be required to start and finish on site at times.
- Tertiary study in Conservation, Environmental Science or similar (preferred but not essential).

Certificates/licenses

- Current Victorian Drivers License (Manual preferred).
- First Aid Level 2 (preferred, not essential).
- Chemcert, ACUP or equivalent (preferred, not essential).
- *OHS Construction Induction Card (Required).
