A conservatory overlooking an ornamental lake, it is equal parts romance, Australiana, cool botanica and modern grandeur, operating across an all-day café, lakeside food and beverage, a takeaway kiosk, pop-up experiences and premium private events and weddings. It is a destination venue where casual dining meets world-class event execution.

As Venue Manager, you’ll have full operational ownership of the venue, leading from the front and setting the standard for service, culture and commercial performance. It’s a high-profile role that balances strong commercial acumen with genuine hospitality leadership, across both daily trade and events.

In the role you will:

- Lead,



mentor and develop a large front-of-house team
- Drive revenue, COGS and labour performance
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences across daily trade and events
- Manage compliance, licensing and operational standards
- Work closely with central leadership and support teams

What you'll Bring

- The ability to manage high-volume service and large events
- A confident communicator with solid presence on the floor

- Availability for a rotating roster including weekends, evenings and public holidays, plus a valid RSA
