Get Sashimi Coogee is hiring a full-time Retail Manager for our business located in Coogee.

Your duties will include:

- Determine product range including sashimi, seafood platters, and ready-to-eat items, and manage stock levels to maintain freshness and availability
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies for fresh seafood, and set pricing in line with market conditions and business targets
- Promote the store’s products through in-store displays, local marketing, and social media to attract and retain customers
- Serve customers, provide product recommendations, and advise on sashimi selection, freshness, and consumption
- Maintain accurate records of stock, wastage, and daily sales transactions
- Assist with budgeting, cost control,



and monitoring store performance
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure effective operations and high service standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations

Requirements of position

- AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma and at least 1 year of relevant work experience or 3 years of experience to substitute formal qualification
