Beaumont People is recruiting a Lead Coordinator to manage services for older people under the Commonwealth Home Support Programme. Based in Sydney (Glebe and Maroubra), the role focuses on coordinating client care, rostering, care plans and service agreements within a busy aged services team.

You will lead frontline staff, liaise with clients and families, and contribute to service improvements to ensure people stay connected and independent in their community.
