About Superhero

Superhero is an award-winning Australian investment and superannuation platform built for the new generation of self-directed investors. Today, we’re proudly helping over 470,000 Australians reimagine their financial future and build real wealth on Superhero. We’re looking for sharp, collaborative minds to support our mission of democratising investing.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to own the people function at a growing fintech. Reporting to the CEO and sitting on the Executive Leadership Team, you’ll work closely with both co-founders and senior leaders to shape how we attract, develop and support our people.

The role has two parts. You’ll keep day-to-day people operations running well, from hiring and onboarding to performance reviews and employee relations. You’ll also build what a scaling business needs next, including frameworks and processes that grow with us.

In your first year, you’ll continue implementing HiBob, our new HRIS, lead the people side of our move to a new office in 2027 and support the business through growth. The role suits a hands-on People/HR leader who takes ownership, makes sound decisions and brings a commercial view to people questions.
