Many of our clients have no internal HR or IR support, so when things get complex, you’ll be the expert they turn to.

What you’ll do

- Advise on the Fair Work Act, NES, Modern Awards and enterprise agreements
- Manage unfair dismissal, general protections and dispute matters, including Fair Work Commission conciliations
- Support enterprise agreements, restructures, redundancies and investigations
- Coach business owners through IR challenges and help deliver our ProcessWorxShield HR Package

What you’ll bring

- Degree in IR, Employment Relations, Law,



HR or a related field (or equivalent)
- 5+ years’ IR experience, including Fair Work Commission matters
- Excellent communication and client coaching skills
- Strong IT skills, since we use ProcessWorxShield, Microsoft 365, Insightly and in-house tools
- Agriculture experience is highly regarded
