Our client is a well-established company with a strong presence in the Australian market. They are currently seeking a Sales Representative, Sales Supervisor, or Sales Manager , depending on the successful candidate’s experience and background, to join their team in Brisbane.

This opportunity is open to sales professionals at different stages of their careers, from those looking to further develop their sales experience to experienced professionals ready to take on broader responsibilities.

Depending on the level of the position, responsibilities will include maintaining and developing customer relationships, promoting the company’s product range, identifying recent business opportunities, and supporting overall sales activities.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers
- Promote and expand sales of the company's Japanese food product portfolio
- Conduct regular customer visits and product demonstrations to identify new business opportunities
- Drive business development initiatives across the food service and retail sectors
- Prepare quotations, manage orders, and coordinate delivery arrangements
- Ensure accurate order processing and provide ongoing account management support




- Assist with product deliveries and support customer-facing sales activities when required
- Achieve sales objectives and provide timely updates on sales performance
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and operational support
- Contribute to additional sales and customer support activities as required

Your Profile

- Business-level English and proficiency in Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Korean
- Experience in sales, customer service, account management, or similar customer-facing roles will be highly regarded
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Physically capable of handling products of up to 25kg when required
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused approach
- Valid Australian working rights with a minimum of two years remaining such as the Temporary Graduate visa (subclass 485), are welcome to apply
- Current QLD Driver's License
