Senior Property Manager | Western Suburbs | $80K–$85K + Super

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join a growing residential property management business in Melbourne's Western Suburbs.

With new clients coming on board and the portfolio continuing to expand, this role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio with genuine growth potential. You'll be joining a team looking for a confident, organised and proactive professional who can manage client expectations, stay on top of daily responsibilities and deliver exceptional service.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Manage a residential property portfolio and oversee day-to-day operations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinate maintenance, inspections, lease renewals and tenancy matters
- Manage client expectations and provide consistent communication
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and processes




- Resolve property-related issues and manage competing priorities
- Maintain accurate records and portfolio documentation
- Take ownership of portfolio growth and service delivery

What We're Looking For:

- Previous residential Property Management experience
- Confidence managing a portfolio and handling day-to-day responsibilities
- Solid organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive approach and the ability to work autonomously
- Confidence managing client expectations
- Someone comfortable asking questions, learning the business and taking ownership
- A capable and switched-on Senior Property Manager ready to hit the ground running

The Details:

- Location: Western Suburbs
- Hours: Monday–Friday
- Salary: $80,000–$85,000 + super, depending on experience
- Portfolio: Established portfolio with potential to grow to approximately 200 properties
