Frontline Hospitality Sydney is seeking a senior manager to oversee a multi-venue operation including bars, bottle shop, entertainment and gaming. You will lead a team, train staff and drive service standards across all departments.

The role requires solid licensing and compliance knowledge, solid financial acumen with costing, P&L; and KPI focus, and the ability to manage stock, budgets and multiple priorities under pressure.
