ACCIONA is seeking a site-focused skilled to own workforce readiness on a regional project in Australia. You will lead two safety administrators, manage the onboarding framework, and ensure every worker holds the correct licences, tickets and training before mobilisation.
As the main contact for subcontractors, you will partner with HSE, People and Culture, project managers and supervisors, tracking expiry dates, closing gaps early and preparing the site for audits.
