The Role

Our client is an innovative food and beverage business working with an exciting portfolio of well known brands. With a strong focus on sustainability, ethical business practices and creating positive change, they’re passionate about bringing great products to market the right way.

They’re looking for a hands on Procurement & Production Manager to lead sourcing, procurement and contract manufacturing across their brand portfolio.

What you’ll be doing:

- Lead end to end sourcing and co-manufacturing projects, including product transitions between manufacturers.
- Negotiate competitive contracts across ingredients, packaging and production.
- Build strong supplier and manufacturing partnerships while driving performance, quality and reliability.
- Identify cost savings and efficiencies without compromising product quality, food safety or sustainability.




- Partner with Finance, Planning, NPD and Operations to support product innovation and business growth.

About You

What you’ll bring

- 5+ years’ experience in procurement, sourcing or contract manufacturing within FMCG, ideally food and beverage.
- Proven experience managing co-manufacturers, supplier negotiations and commercial agreements.
- Strong commercial acumen, project management skills and a practical, solutions-focused mindset.
- A collaborative approach, a passion for outstanding products and the confidence to take ownership.
