My Choice Disability Support in Chermside, Queensland is seeking Support Workers for school holiday hours and potentially school hours. You will assist autistic teens with emotional regulation, social outings, and accessing community activities.

We value patience, grounding, genuine care, and a playful, person-centered approach. This role involves SIL support and empowering participants to reach their goals in a respectful, supportive workplace.
