Due to an internal promotion, we are thrilled to be offering an exciting opportunity at our head office in Braeside, as we search for an aspiring leader to join the Central Order Management (COMS) team as a full time Senior Order Management Representative.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Assist and provide support to the COMS team & Central Order Management Team Leader - CX
- Liaise with Customers, Distribution, Logistics, Accounts, Sales and Service departments to ensure timely and efficient provisions of products and services.
- Assist with customer queries, escalations and concerns
- Process of sales orders via EDI and Email

What You'll Bring:

- Leadership experience or the desire to step up and take on a leadership role
- Strong customer focus and the ability to build strong relationships
- High attention to detail with a keen eye for picking up errors




- Fast and highly accurate data entry speed
- A positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Previous experience in an order entry role or high-volume data processing role
