This is a 6-month contract with a remote working option, in a Microsoft-centric setting delivering frontline support to end users. You will handle incidents in ServiceNow, support Microsoft 365, Azure, and SharePoint, and work onsite in Adelaide with baseline Australian Government Security Clearance.
