As an Associate Director of Workplace Relations, you will:
- Analyse workplace relations legislation and policy developments
- Contribute to advocacy strategies and policy submissions
- Engage with government agencies, regulators, industry groups and ACCI members
- Support representation in key workplace relations forums and committees
- Coordinate and deliver strategic grant-funded projects
- Research emerging workplace issues and develop policy recommendations
- Help shape ACCI's position on workplace relations reform and employment policy matters.
