Nextt is seeking compassionate Disability Support Workers to support a gentleman in his 60s at Caroline Springs, providing personal care and daily living routines within a home and 24/7 SIL setting.

You’ll build trust through calm, respectful communication and help the participant engage in community activities, with a focus on independence and safety. Casual and part time shifts with inactive sleepover options are available.
