MidCoast Council is seeking a motivated Training and Development Officer to support workforce learning and development across the Council. You will coordinate training programs, support corporate induction, maintain records, and assist employees and supervisors using the learning systems.
This role requires experience in training coordination, learning administration or HR/business admin, with robust organisational and systems skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
