Visa2land Pty Ltd F1 Mortgage is seeking a dynamic professional to join the team and help clients navigate their financial journey with tailored loan solutions. The role involves assessing clients’ financial circumstances, analysing their needs and objectives, and recommending suitable finance options and loan combinations. It requires interviewing prospective clients to explain loan terms, policy conditions, risks, interest rates, repayment structures and associated benefits, while using in-house lending software to evaluate and compare available financial products.
The position operates independently in negotiating and arranging home loans, mortgages and other finance facilities on behalf of clients through banks, lenders, financiers and insurance companies.
Responsibilities also include reviewing lending products to ensure they meet individual client requirements and preparing and coordinating documentation outlining loan conditions, repayment arrangements and finance periods. Qualification &
