Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Management Consultant at hiremystudios.

The Management

Consultant will work with clients to analyze business needs, assess current processes, and recommend digital and operational improvements aligned with the client’s goals. Day-to-day tasks include conducting business and financial analyses, facilitating stakeholder discussions, preparing presentations and reports, and developing implementation plans for recommended solutions. The consultant will partner with internal design and development teams to ensure that proposed strategies are translated into effective digital spaces and workflows.

The role requires proactive communication,



structured problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple client engagements independently.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based recommendations.
- Candidates should possess Management Consulting and Consulting experience to guide clients through strategy, planning, and execution.
- Candidates should possess Finance knowledge to evaluate business cases, budgets, and ROI for proposed initiatives.
- Candidates should possess Business Process expertise to map workflows, optimize operations, and improve efficiency.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field are beneficial.
- Demonstrated experience working with digital or technology-focused projects is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality work within contract timelines.
