Our clinic in Toronto is currently seeking a friendly and organised Medical Receptionist to join the team. This role is available on either a full-time or part time basis. The full-time role involves working Monday-Friday between the hours of 8.00am-5.00pm. The part-time role is offered as a job share arrangement, with the successful candidate working either Monday-Wednesday 8.00am-5.00pm or Wednesday-Friday 8.00am-5.00pm.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing an important role in creating a positive and professional patient experience.

Your responsibilities will include

- Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
- Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
- Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.
- Billing procedures – private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.
- Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.
