About Clio Care

Clio Care is an AI company for case notes, reports and invoicing, and it’s growing fast. Support workers have written more than 20,000 notes and reports with Clio Care AI. We've expanded into support coordination and psychosocial recovery coaching: case notes written from your emails and call notes in your own template, and NDIA progress and implementation reports drafted from your signed notes.

The role

As our support coordination side grows, we want experienced coordinators and recovery coaches guiding it. You’ll work directly with the founder as a paid consultant to:

- share how you write case notes and reports today, and where the time goes
- try Clio Care with sample information (never real participant details)



and review the notes and reports it writes
- tell us honestly what’s helpful, what’s wrong and what’s missing, and help decide what we build next

About you

- Current or recent experience as an NDIS support coordinator, specialist support coordinator or psychosocial recovery coach
- You know the NDIA’s reporting requirements and what a good case note looks like
- Comfortable giving direct, honest feedback

Pay and conditions

- $100 an hour, contract
- Fully remote, at times that suit you
- Free use of Clio Care
