Complete Corporate Wellness is looking for a National Wellness Coordinator to support the delivery of workplace health and wellbeing programs across Australia.

This is an opportunity for an organised, proactive professional with corporate experience who enjoys managing multiple priorities, building relationships and ensuring operations run seamlessly.

In this role, you will:

- Coordinate wellness instructors and practitioners and programs across multiple sites nationally.
- Manage schedules, bookings, staffing and operational requirements.
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, instructors and internal teams.
- Resolve operational challenges and maintain consistent service standards.
- Support the continued growth and delivery of our national wellness programs.

We're looking for someone who brings:

- Experience in a corporate, operations or coordination role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.




- A solutions-focused mindset and exceptional attention to detail.
- The confidence to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
