Mulpha's The Lane Retreat in the Hunter Valley is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Hotel Manager with day-to-day operations. You will lead Guest Services and Housekeeping, help deliver a seamless guest experience, and develop team capability to ensure smooth operation in the absence of the Hotel Manager.
You will oversee rosters, billing, reconciliations and contribute to driving bookings and revenue through exceptional service and product knowledge.
