Uniting Communities is seeking a Senior Coordinator to lead the day-to-day coordination of a Rubys residential service, integrating therapeutic case management, family engagement and team leadership to support positive outcomes for young people and their families.
You will oversee operations, supervise Youth Workers, manage daily routines and budgets, and ensure alignment with guidelines and child safety standards. A 12-month fixed-term contract is offered.
