Teleperformance is hiring on behalf of a global leader in cloud accounting software. As a Partner Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the named post-sales owner for a portfolio of high-value Australian accounting and bookkeeping firms, acting as both strategic advisor and platform adoption expert.

What you’ll do
- Own a named portfolio of 150+ firms as their primary post-sales contact, using data and health scores to prioritise your time
- Build trusted relationships with firm principals and run scheduled value reviews
- Spot at-risk firms early and lead recovery plans, including against competitor-migration threats
- Drive onboarding, certification and product education through 1:1 outreach, webinars and campaigns
- Grow revenue by helping firms migrate client books, adopt the wider product ecosystem and move up tiers, partnering with Sales on co-sell opportunities
- Act as the escalation point for high-priority issues and share partner feedback with Product
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years in Customer Success, Account or Partner Management, or B2B client engagement (1+ years in a scaled CS role with robust commercial results will be considered)
- An accounting or bookkeeping qualification (e.g. CPA Australia, CA ANZ, IPA, ICB, BAS Agent) and working knowledge of BAS, GST, payroll and STP
- Proven ability to manage a large portfolio through prioritisation and digital leverage
- A track record in driving adoption, expansion and retention, ideally in a matrixed organisation
- Proficiency with CS tools (e.g. Salesforce) and analytics dashboards
- Excellent communication skills and full Australian work rights
Highly regarded
- 2+ years in SaaS or financial-management platforms
- Experience with cloud accounting platforms
