Total Ag Solutions is seeking a Parts Interpreter to join our team in Wagga Wagga, NSW. As a Parts Interpreter, you will support our agricultural equipment customers by accurately identifying and sourcing the right parts for their needs. What you'll be doing

- Interpret customer enquiries and identify the appropriate parts required for their agricultural equipment.
- Source and procure the necessary parts from our inventory or through our supplier network.
- Provide advice and guidance to customers to ensure they receive the correct parts for their needs.
- Maintain accurate records and inventory controls to ensure efficient parts management.




- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our parts management processes and systems.

What we're looking for

- Experience as a Parts Interpreter is not essential. We encourage applications from candidates with transferable skills from other industries, including retail, automotive, warehousing, logistics, customer service, or trades. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are more important than previous industry experience.
- Robust customer service orientation and the ability to provide clear and helpful advice to customers.
- Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
