At Stramit, we're looking for a proactive and analytical Production Planner who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys turning data into decisions.

This is more than a scheduling role. You'll play a critical part in ensuring our manufacturing operations run efficiently, customer orders are delivered on time, inventory is optimised, and production capacity is maximised. Working closely with Production, Customer Service, Sales and Supply Chain teams, you'll use data and insights to influence outcomes and continually improve how we operate.

We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, challenges the status quo and is always looking for better ways of doing things. You don't wait to be told what needs attention, you identify issues, investigate the numbers and take action.

What you'll be doing

- Developing and maintaining production plans to meet customer demand.
- Monitoring manufacturing capacity and balancing workloads across the site.
- Generating and analysing production, inventory and performance reports.
- Managing ERP data integrity and planning information.
- Working closely with production teams to optimise schedules and improve efficiency.
- Identifying risks, bottlenecks and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Supporting inventory management,



cycle counting and raw material control.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve DIFOTIS outcomes.
- Providing regular reporting and recommendations to site leadership.

About you You're someone who enjoys working with data, understands how numbers tell a story and can confidently translate insights into action.

You'll ideally bring:

- Experience in production planning, supply chain planning or manufacturing operations.
- Strong ERP experience, with exposure to Movex highly regarded.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
- The ability to interpret operational and manufacturing data and make sound recommendations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability.
- A continuous improvement mindset and willingness to challenge existing processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Energy, initiative and a genuine desire to drive outcomes
