The Opportunity

As Glisk continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager / Consultant to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven qualified who enjoys working at the intersection of business and technology, partnering with clients to deliver meaningful outcomes, manage complex projects and drive business transformation.

Working closely with clients, senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you will lead and manage client engagements from planning through to implementation and delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of business, technology and transformation projects, ensuring successful outcomes for clients.
- Establish and maintain effective project governance, plans, budgets, schedules and reporting.
- Build strong relationships with clients and senior stakeholders, managing expectations, influencing decisions and driving alignment.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, managing risks, issues and dependencies to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate project governance forums, prepare executive-level reporting and support effective stakeholder decision-making.
- Provide practical advice and guidance to clients, identifying opportunities to improve capability, ways of working and business outcomes.
- Support business development activities, including proposals and expanding existing client relationships.
- Coach and mentor junior consultants, sharing knowledge and supporting their professional development.
- Contribute to the development of Glisk's consulting services, methodologies and internal initiatives.

About You

We are looking for someone who is solution-focused,



collaborative and confident leading complex projects and engaging with stakeholders at all levels. You will bring a practical, commercially aware approach to client delivery, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, solve problems and take ownership of outcomes.

You will ideally have

- 5 years' experience in project delivery, ideally within consulting, professional services or complex client-facing environments.
- Proven experience managing projects end to end, including business and technology change initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, including confidence working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing project budgets, timelines, risks and competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work independently, take accountability for delivery outcomes and collaborate effectively with others.
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with sound judgement and the ability to navigate complex or changing client environments.
- Relevant qualifications, training or certifications are desirable but not essential (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile or PMP).
