Hyatt Centric Melbourne is seeking a proactive Cook to join our Food & Beverage team, supporting the Executive Chef to deliver high standards for guests. You will be expected to work across kitchen sections, follow standard recipes, and contribute to cost control and efficiency.

To succeed, you should hold a Certificate of Hospitality IV, an RSA certificate, and bring solid interpersonal skills with flexibility for rotating rosters, including weekends and public holidays.
