Hidden Gem Tugun on the Gold Coast is seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our busy kitchen team. You will thrive in a high-volume, rapid-paced environment and bring a passion for coastal cuisine.

You will oversee daily operations, train and mentor junior staff, supervise grill, pans, larder and fryer stations, manage food costs and supplier relationships, and ensure consistent quality across the menu.
