Part time nanny 2-3 days per week of 4 hr shifts

Hi everyone I'm looking for a caring, reliable and experienced babysitter to look after my two little ones, aged 2 years and 2 months.
I'm hoping to find someone available 2-3 days a week for around 4 hours each shift. I'll generally be at home riding my horse on the property, or occasionally ducking out to run a few quick errands.
Ideally, I'm looking for someone who is confident caring for both a toddler and a young baby, and who is nurturing, attentive and trustworthy.
