Cater Care is seeking an experienced Sushi Artisan to join our Sushi Sushi team at Newcastle Airport. This permanent full time role offers 38 hours per week and immediate start for a qualified sushi professional.

You will prepare fresh sushi and sashimi, manage bulk food prep, and ensure food safety, hygiene and presentation. A passion for delivering a high-quality customer experience is essential.
