We are seeking a reliable and experienced Solar Installer to join our team installing residential and/or commercial solar photovoltaic (PV) systems across Victoria.

Key responsibilities

- Install solar panels, mounting systems and associated equipment.
- Assist with inverter, cabling and system component installation.
- Read installation plans and follow technical specifications.
- Follow Australian electrical safety, working-at-heights and workplace safety requirements.
- Work effectively with electricians, project managers and other team members.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service.

About you

- Demonstrated experience installing solar PV systems.
- Knowledge of solar installation methods, tools and equipment.
- Ability to work safely at heights and outdoors.
- Positive problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills.
- Relevant Australian licences, tickets or qualifications where required, or willingness and eligibility to obtain them.
