Finance Officer

We're seeking a proactive and customer-focused Finance Officer to join a small, supportive team based in Ottoway. This is a varied position that combines Accounts Payable, administration, and customer service responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with people just as much as they enjoy working with numbers.

As a key member of the team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, suppliers and stakeholders, while ensuring day-to-day finance and administrative processes run smoothly. With an initial three-month assignment and the potential to continue for the right candidate, this role offers both immediate opportunity and longer-term potential.

What You'll Be Doing

- Managing Accounts Payable processing and invoice administration
- Coordinating bookings for inbound and outbound deliveries
- Handling incoming phone enquiries and providing exceptional customer service
- Processing delivery documentation and maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Assisting with reporting and general administration tasks




- Supporting the smooth running of daily office operations
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Previous Accounts Payable experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Confidence managing a high volume of phone-based interactions
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- The ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
