Australian Automotive Aftermarket Association – Mulgrave VIC

This role is primarily responsible for the advertising sales in both the The Automotive Technician Magazine and associated digital platforms. The role will work closely with the Publisher, Magazine Editor, Magazine Production Manager and other key TAT staff to deliver seamless and exceptional customer service for the TAT member base and advertisers.

The primary areas of responsibility will span across:

Managing the day-to-day relationship with current advertiser base including meeting all agreed sales targets, deadlines, material, and contracts.

Sales – Business Development

Identify and develop recent prospective clients to build new business opportunities.

Production Responsibilities

Work in collaboration with the Magazine team to assist clients in the delivery of their advertising requirements, editorial,



and/or positioning requirements, (for magazine).

Contract Development and Debtor Follow Up

Deliver contract agreements to clients as required and ensure to keep all records on file.

Ensure all new account applications are processed in-line with the credit management policies.

In conjunction with the Administration and Finance team, ensure all accounts are paid in a timely manner.

Data Base Management & General responsibilities

Maintain CRM records with a comprehensive summary of client interactions.

Keep relevant records and sales data keeping manager briefed on periodic progress and overall outcomes.

This is a hybrid role based out of our National Office in Mulgrave, Victoria.
