YMCA Ballarat is seeking an Enrolments Officer / Administration Assistant for a parental leave cover at our Brown Hill location. The role is 38 hours per week at $35.04 per hour, commencing 27 January 2027 for 12 months with possible extension within the organisation.
You will support both our Swim School and Early Learning Centre, maintaining enrolment records, handling family enquiries and providing productive administration across both services.
