Guest Services & Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsible for creating memorable guest experiences, Tumut River are looking for their next Guest Services & Housekeeping Supervisor.

Working a Permanent Full-Time 76 hour fortnight + Weekend shifts + On Call requirements.

About You

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following:

- Beconfident using booking, administrative and point-of-sale systems.
- Havestrong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.

- The ability to work productively & independently.
- A positive attitude & willingness to learn.
- Great teamwork skills.
- A 'can-do', solutions-focused attitude.
- The physical ability to do manual work in all conditions.
- Flexible availability to work including weekend, peak holiday seasons & public holiday work.
- Previous experience in a Customer Service supervisor role.
- Drivers License and own vehicle or access to reliable transport.

The Duties will include; (but not limited to):

- Supervisingemployees and coordinating daily workloads.
- Managingguest arrivals, bookings, departures, enquiries and service requests.
- Providingexcellent, high level customer service including handling andde-escalating complaints.
- Supportingmemorable, personalised guest experiences.
- Assistonboarding and mentoring of new team members.
- Maintaininghigh presentation standards across accommodation, amenities and sharedspaces.
- SupportHousekeeping team with cabin turnover.
- Managecabin, cleaning & kiosk stock.
- Assistingwith financial administration, reporting and inspections.
- Respondingto guest feedback and operational issues.
- Supportingother areas of operations during busy periods.
- Followingand promoting WHS policies and procedures.
