Electrical Engineering Manager

About the Role:
As Electrical Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and compliance of electrical systems across a large, hyperscale data centre facility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain oversight of HV/LV systems, UPS, switchgear, and generators.





- Perform root cause analysis and drive technical resolution for incidents.

- Develop and refine electrical operation and maintenance procedures.

- Participate in system upgrades and commissioning.

- Ensure systems are compliant with all relevant codes and standards.

- Act as a liaison between engineering, vendors, and operational teams.

Requirements:

- Advanced qualifications in Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in critical environments with complex power systems.
- In-depth knowledge of Australian electrical regulations.
- Hands-on experience with SCADA, EPMS, or similar tools.
- Solid technical communication and risk assessment skills.
