Childcampus Karratha – Centre Managers, OSHC, and Educators
Location: Pilbara Region (Karratha, Port Hedland, or South Hedland)
Job Type: Full-time, In-person
Salary: AUD $70,000 – $80,000 per annum

Our client, Childcampus Karratha is seeking passionate and dedicated educators to join their team. We provide Out-of-School-Hours Care (OSHC) services as well as long-day childcare programs in the Pilbara region. Our close-knit team is committed to fostering engaging, happy, and safe environments where children thrive while their parents pursue work opportunities.
Positions Available

- Centre Managers
- OSHC Coordinators / Lead Educators
- Educators / Assistant Educators

Key Responsibilities

Centre Managers:

- Ensure smooth operation of the centre, creating a play-based learning environment conducive to children’s development.
- Build solid relationships with families, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Lead and manage the team to achieve goals and maintain quality standards.

OSHC Coordinators / Lead Educators:

- Lead the team in planning and delivering high-quality educational programs.




- Oversee day-to-day classroom operations, ensuring children’s health, safety, and well-being.
- Ensure compliance with policies, legislation, and ACECQA standards.
- Promote a positive, cooperative, and respectful work environment.

Educators / Assistant Educators:

- Collaborate with the team to plan and implement educational programs.
- Support daily activities to foster children’s learning, health, and safety.
- Ensure compliance with policies, legislation, and health & safety standards.
- Work cooperatively, ethically, and respectfully with colleagues and children.

Qualifications & Requirements
- ACECQA-approved qualifications (Cert III, Cert IV, Diploma, or higher preferred).
- Current First Aid certification in Education and Care (or obtain within the first week).
- Valid Working with Children Check and Police Check (mandatory before starting).
- Sponsorship options may be available for Right to Work in Australia and childcare training courses.
