retail professional to join our team as a Casual Online Administration & Sales Assistant for our Toowoomba Online store.
About the position:
Tentworld Online Sales Team in Harristown requires the assistance of Online Sales and Administration Consultant in the contact centre to communicate with customers via telephone, email and other channels. You will be comfortable using all the above media to help people find solutions to go on holidays. Phone is the primary point of contact for most customers and as such we require phone friendly people for this position.
This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with the following qualities:
- Minimum of two years experience in an administration based role
- Average typing speed of 45WPM - will be tested
- Ability to operate complex computer software across 2 screens simultaneously
- You will have exceptional customer service skills
- Call Centre experience or high volume call taking experience highly preferred
- Applicants should have an interest in camping and the outdoors
